Meet the salty host

Anthony Santiago

Anthony Santiago grew up in Fort Lauderdale and was introduced to the marine industry early on. His participation in Marine Magnet Programs and student competitions fueled his passion for marine careers. Winning MIASF’s Elevator Pitch Competition led to key internships and opportunities, inspiring him to help others discover their paths.

Now, as MIASF’s Workforce Development Specialist and Salty Jobs host, he showcases diverse marine careers through outreach and a global YouTube series, highlighting real stories of professionals in action.
